At Elegant Attire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• We offer returns and exchanges, but we do not offer refunds or money-back. Returned items can be exchanged or replaced according to our policy.
• Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned item and mention the reason for the return.
• Return delivery charges are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

1. Keep Your Invoice

Please include a copy of your order invoice with the item you are returning or exchanging.

2. Repack the Item

Make sure the item is securely packed and returned in its original condition, along with the invoice.

3. Get Return Address Details

4. Send Your Parcel

Send the parcel through a traceable courier service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

Important Notes

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags may not be accepted.
• Returns received after the 7-day return period will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
